Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance Consultant to drive the successful adoption of the Central Bank of Libya’s Regulation 23/2023. You will design robust governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable performance improvements for our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT governance and regulatory compliance, ideally within financial services
  • Strong familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and ITIL
  • Demonstrable success in implementing large-scale IT governance initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Libyan regulatory environments (particularly CBL requirements)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree; professional certifications a plus
